Our Sunday services start at 09:30 and last for about an hour-and-a-half. Services will be streamed live on our Facebook page and shortly thereafter uploaded to our YouTube channel.
We are located on the corner of Main Road and Boyes Drive in Lakeside, between Organic Zone and the Toad on the Road restaurant. A map is available below.
For your own safety and that of others, we will have the following Covid Commandments in place to reduce the risk of infection among us.
- Screening & Registration 📝
Only the first 100 people are allowed to attend, who will each receive a free “squirt” to sanitise their hands. Your temperature will be taken, recorded and attendance details noted. - Seating 🪑
There are 100 chairs in the chapel, evenly spaced to put ample distance between us. Once you have chosen your seat, please do not change to another for the duration of the service. Those who live in the same household can move their chairs closer to each other but all others must not. Avoid unnecessary movement within the building please. You can catch up with your friends outside after the service. - Face Masks 😷
Please ensure that you wear a proper cloth mask that covers you nose and mouth at all times for the duration of the service. - No physical contact 👋🏼
Keep your distance of at least 1.5m, and no physical contact. - Bathrooms 🚽
As far as possible, please avoid using the facilities. - Refreshments ☕
There is tea & coffee after the service. Please bring your own bottle of water if you thirst. - Restricted areas ⛔
The stage, back hall, library and kitchen are restricted areas, no entry is allowed except for those on duty. - Communion & Offerings🍷
There will be no Lords’ Supper at this stage. Offerings can be made by EFT or directly into the offering box at the main entrance foyer. - Infection Control 🤒
In the event of you contracting the Covid-19, please notify the Church office ASAP. If you had attended a service, we will notify all other attendees without disclosing your health status. - Stay Safe 🦠
Those who have been in contact with someone with Covid-19 in the last 10 days, or displaying any symptoms (cough, sore throat, fever, short breath) must please NOT attend our services but rather seek medical advice.
